Collectively, we have worked with more than 35 management teams and owners to help them achieve their financial objectives through numerous IPO and M&A transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion.
Our Experience: Collectively, the principals of CGP have over 60 years of relevant industry, investment and operating experience. We have a unique combination of industry knowledge and financial structuring expertise with which we can provide thoughtful assistance to company management and owners. This sector expertise combined with our annual review of approximately 200 specialty retail, branded consumer products and restaurant companies gives us context for understanding company performance, valuation and future opportunities within the sector.
